Spring Equinox is the fourth Solar Term of Spring period. It falls on 20 March 2024 (Wed).
It marks the midpoint of spring when day and night time is of equal duration. The Yin and Yang energy in the body is well-balanced during this period.
It is recommended to maintain a balanced diet as well as emotional state.
春分是春季的第四个节气,日期为2024年3月20日(星期三)。
此时太阳的直射点在赤道,昼夜等分,阴阳平衡。我们可顺应肝的舒张调达本性,多去户外、大自然走一走,舒畅心情,抒发冬季郁结的肝气;但需注意不要过于劳累,损伤身体的阳气。饮食方面应当注意保持平衡膳食。

Ingredients:
– Dried Mulberry 10g
Instructions:
– Put the dried mulberries into a pot with 300ml boiling water.
– Simmer for 45min and slightly crush the berries with a spoon.
– Pour into a cup and serve.

Location:
Directly below the pupil, in the depression over the infraorbital foramen, when the eyes are looking straight ahead.
Massage gently in circular motion, approximately 20 times to stimulate the point.
