Recipe:
Guangxi Liubao Tea
Benefits:
– Improve blood circulation, warm the extremities.
Ingredients:
– Guangxi Liubao Tea Leaves 5g
Instructions:
– Warms up a teapot and tea cups, and put the tea leaves in the pot.
– Flush with boiling water for the first time.
– Add new boiling water.
– Simmer for 1 minute and serve.
– (Optional) Repeat 2nd to 4th Step until the taste of tea fades away.

广西六堡茶
功效:
活血行气,温经散寒。
材料:
– 广西六堡茶 5克
步骤:
– 温壶温杯后,将茶叶放入茶壶中。
– 将沸水倒入壶,迅速将第一遍洗茶的热水倒出。
– 再次往壶里注入适量沸水,坐杯1分钟后,倒入茶杯中即可享用。
– 选择性重复第2-4步直到茶味淡去。

Location:
In the depression below the spinous process of the 7th thoracic vertebra (T7).
Expose the upper back to the morning sun for approximately 5~10min each time.

位置:
在第7胸椎棘突下凹陷中。在两肩胛骨下角连线的中点处。
