Limit of Heat is the second Solar Term of Autumn period. It falls on 23 Aug 2023 (Wed). This day marks the end of the damp-heat period for the year. At the same time, the yin energy within the body gradually increase in alignment with nature.

Benefits:
– Tonify the stomach
Ingredients:
– Dendrobium 15g
– Rock Sugar (Optional: add to taste)
Instructions:
– Wash the dendrobiums.
– Place them into the pot.
– Add boiling water and simmer for 20min.
– (Optional) Add rock sugar to taste.

石斛茶
功效:
滋阴养胃、生津。
材料:
– 石斛 15克
– 冰糖 适量
步骤:
– 将干石斛洗净,置入茶壶中。
– 在壶里注入 500 毫升的沸水,浸泡20分钟。
– 根据个人喜好,选择性加入适量冰糖。
– 可做成热饮或冰饮享用。

1. Sanyinjiao Point (SP6)
Location:
On the medial side of the lower leg, 3cun (place four fingers from the tip medial malleolus) directly above the tip of the medial malleolus.
Massage gently in circular motion, approximately 20 times to stimulate the point.

在小腿内侧,当足内踝尖上3寸,胫骨内侧缘后方凹陷处。
轻轻打圈按揉上述穴位约20次。
