Jasmine Flower Tea
Benefits:
– Clears heat and dampness, promote digestive function, calms the mind.
Ingredients:
– Dried Jasmine Flowers 3g
Instructions:
– Wash the jasmine flowers.
– Place all the jasmine flowers into a cup.
– Pour 300ml boiling water into the cup, simmer and serve.
食谱:
茉莉花茶
功效:
清热利湿、和中理气、安神镇静。
材料:
– 茉莉花 3克
步骤:
– 将干品茉莉花用清水洗净。
– 将茉莉花放进饮水杯中。
– 冲入 300 毫升沸水,浸泡 3 分钟后即可享用。

1. Lougu Point (SP7)
Location:
6 cun above the tip of the medial malleolus, posterior to the medial border of the tibia.
Massage gently in circular motion, approximately 20 times to stimulate the point.
