Recipe:
Energy Boosting Drink
Benefits:
– Boost energy and immune system.
Ingredients:
– Dangshen 9g
– Goji berries 6g
– Red Dates 3 seeds
Instructions:
– Wash the ingredients.
– Soak the dangshen and red dates for 10min, remove from the water.
– Place all the ingredients into the pot.
– Add 500ml boiling water and simmer for 20min.

补气茶
功效:
补气、提升免疫力。
材料:
– 党参 9克
– 枸杞 6克
– 大枣 3枚
步骤:
– 将材料用清水洗净。
– 将党参与大枣浸泡在水中10分钟后,将水丢弃。
– 将所有材料放入壶中。
– 在壶里注入500ml沸水,浸泡20分钟后即可享用。

Location:
The midpoint depression above the patella.
Massage gently in circular motion approximately 20 times to stimulate the point.
